The following amenities are available when you rent one of our spaces:

  • TV (works with your Apple device or laptop)
  • Use of Owl for video conferencing
  • Backjacks (10) & Chairs (10)
  • 6’ tables available if needed (3)
  • Access to water and hot tea
  • Kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, Nespresso Coffee
  • Restaurants, bars within walking distance
  • Rear parking available for loading/unloading 
  • 10 hour free Parking garage directly across the street
  • Plenty of free on-street parking, typically 4 hours 
  • Light rail station 2 blocks away

RENTAL RULES:

We ask that you treat our space as if it were your own home. Please be respectful and keep things clean and tidy. Please note: renting space for a workshop, class, or event is not the same as being a member of the collective. If you’d like to inquire about membership opportunities, please inquire here.

  • No smoking in or around the building
  • No animals allowed except for service animals
  • Children must be accompanied at all times
  • Office desks, cabinets, and drawers must not be opened
  • Must leave space & furniture in original condition
  • All trash and recycling must be thrown away at the end of your event
  • No loud music
  • Please park in designated spaces only
  • Make sure all windows and doors are locked at the end of your event
  • Turn off all lights and the heater/air conditioner
  • Payment in full is required prior to your event
  • You must provide your own catering

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Payment in full is required 30 days prior to your event.
  • We ask that you cancel within 30 days of your event for a full refund. 
  • If you cancel with less than 30 days notice, you will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Canceling within 7 days of your event will make your event non-refundable.
  • Any damage to property, furnishings, or decor will render your event non-refundable, and we reserve the right to charge for repairs/replacements, at market value.

What types of events can I rent the space for?

Our office is ideal for workshops, classes, small group meetings, professional trainings, and community events. Popular uses include therapy workshops, birth prep classes, support groups, and in-person gatherings that benefit from a warm, cozy setting.

Where is Second Street Collective located?

We’re located in downtown Campbell, within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and public transportation. A light rail station is two blocks away, and parking options are plentiful nearby.

What spaces are available to rent?

We currently offer three rental spaces: Aspen, The Treehouse, and The Nest. Each space varies in size and capacity, making it easy to choose the best fit for your event. Images and full details for each space are provided above.

How many people can the spaces accommodate?

Capacity depends on the room and setup:

  • Aspen: 10–12 people
  • The Nest: 10–12 people
  • The Treehouse: up to 24 people depending on layout

Individual offices may be available for breakout sessions, but can only be rented along with the larger spaces. Please inquire if you are interested in this option.

What amenities are included with my rental?

Renters have access to WiFi, TVs with HDMI hookup, an Owl for video conferencing, chairs, backjacks, tables (if needed), water and hot tea, and a fully equipped kitchen. Parking and public transit options are also easily accessible.


Is Tech available for presentations or hybrid events?

Yes. TVs with HDMI hookups are available in Aspen and The Treehouse, outlets are available in all spaces, and an Owl device can be used for video conferencing or hybrid events.


Can I bring food, drinks, or catering?

You are welcome to bring your own catering. Please note that renters must clean up all food, trash, and recycling at the end of the event. Alcohol policies can be discussed during the inquiry process.


What are the main rules I should be aware of?

We ask that you treat the space like your own home. Key rules include: no smoking, no animals (except service animals), no loud music, children must be supervised, furniture must be returned to its original setup, and all doors, windows, lights, and HVAC must be secured before leaving.


Does renting space make me a member?

No. Renting space for a workshop, class, or event is not the same as being a member of the collective. Membership offers separate benefits and opportunities. If you’re interested in becoming a member, please inquire through our membership page.


Will you have staff onsite during my event to help with set up/break down, troubleshooting, etc?

It depends on the day/time of your event. If you need extra hands, we may need to charge you an extra hourly rate to provide this extra service.
