Building community is what we do best.
Our therapists have a lot to offer our community at large. Here’s where you’ll find current groups, workshops, and events, held either at Second Street Collective in downtown Campbell, or online, facilitated by one of our providers.
Middle School Girls/ Non-binary youth (grades 6-8th)
Middle school is full of "firsts" and "unexpecteds." The Middle School group is a weekly meet-up designed specifically for girls (Grades 6–8) to navigate the social landscape with confidence, clarity, and a supportive squad behind them. This is an ongoing process group where the curriculum is real-life. We move past the basics and dive into what it actually feels like to set a boundary, handle a group-chat fallout, or manage the "big feelings" of school stress.
individuals and couples in all stages of the family-building process, including both primary and secondary fertility challenges
Together we will create a supportive community, explore and break down common family-building challenges, and improve coping strategies and awareness.
anyone who is currently pregnant following pregnancy loss or fertility challenges/treatment
Topics typically covered include navigating/coping with challenging emotions, the identity shift from fertility challenged to pregnant, and community building with people who get it.
Dads at any stage of parenting
This group is for dads and future dads to meet up online and share highs and lows of parenting. A place to ask questions and grow together.
Moms up to one year postpartum
Motherhood can feel like the wildest identity shift you never saw coming. One minute you’re pregnant, the next you’re trying to figure out how to keep a tiny human alive - while also remembering who you are. It’s beautiful, overwhelming, lonely, magical, and exhausting… sometimes all in the same hour. This group is a warm, confidential space where you can connect with other moms, exhale, and share what’s really going on.
