I work with women and couples navigating life changes—particularly around loss, trauma, pregnancy, parenthood, and midlife—so they can feel more grounded, connected, and trusting of themselves again.
Many of the people I work with arrive feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or quietly burdened by self-criticism and a sense of not being good enough, even when they are capable and high-functioning on the outside. My role is to offer a steady, compassionate space where your full experience is welcome, and where healing can unfold at a pace that feels respectful, attuned, and safe.
Certain seasons of life—whether becoming a parent, longing to become one, experiencing loss, moving through menopause, or redefining identity in midlife—can open us to deep meaning while also stirring self-doubt and disorientation. Familiar roles may shift, and unresolved experiences from earlier in life can surface in unexpected ways. During these times, even the most capable people can feel stretched beyond their limits. I’m drawn to this work because I believe these moments are not signs of failure, but invitations for care, understanding, and transformation. As the poet John O’Donohue wrote, one of our deepest longings is to be seen—and much of my work centers on helping clients feel truly seen, understood, and accompanied.
In my work as a therapist, I offer a warm, collaborative approach grounded in curiosity. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and mindfulness to help clients gently process painful experiences, cultivate self-compassion, and reconnect with their inner strengths and wisdom. As both a therapist and a mother, I understand how difficult it can be to take time for yourself when you’re already managing so much. I also know that creating space for reflection and healing—especially during tender life transitions—can move you beyond survival toward a life that feels more integrated, meaningful, and whole.
Outside of my clinical work, I value time with my family, being outdoors, and creative and contemplative practices such as yoga, pottery, and reading. These same values guide my work with clients: honoring your humanity, trusting your inner knowing, and making room for growth, loss, and renewal.

My work is specialized in supporting moms through the challenges of motherhood, trauma, and life transitions.
As a new mom myself, I know how tender and overwhelming this time of life can be. I utilize EMDR and an IFS-informed approach to help you feel more present, deepen your connections, and expand your capacity to enjoy parenthood - even in its most challenging moments.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring fun activities in the area with my baby, doing DIY projects, and traveling with my family.
