I work with women who experience anxiety, perfectionistic tendencies, and the quiet emotional weight that can come from not feeling fully seen, supported, or loved in their own childhoods.
My approach is grounded not only in clinical training, but also in lived experience. I am a mother to two young boys, and I know firsthand how profoundly motherhood can challenge our sense of identity, worth, and emotional safety. As I navigated my own journey through anxiety, perfectionism, and the adjustment to motherhood, I came to deeply understand how easy it is for mothers to feel overwhelmed, self-critical, and alone—especially when the internal pressure to “do it right” feels relentless.
In therapy, I offer a space that is warm, validating, and nonjudgmental. I help women slow down, understand their emotional patterns, and gently untangle the beliefs that fuel anxiety and self-doubt. For many of my clients, this includes exploring early relational experiences and learning how to parent themselves with the compassion they may not have received.
Outside of the therapy room, my two boys keep me quite busy (shout out to my fellow soccer Moms!), as well as my aging yet stubborn Shiba Inu. I enjoy gardening in my mini outside sanctuary, painting, and cooking with my husband.
Because I bring both professional expertise and personal insight into this work, I am able to offer a unique blend of perspective, empathy, and practical support. My goal is to help women feel more grounded, confident, and connected—to themselves, their children, and be the kind of parent they want to be, not through perfection, but through presence and self-compassion.
